There are no absolutes and no guarantees in the health and fitness industry, just the idea that everyone holds the potential to become the best version of themselvesboth inside and out.

Defining Centrals

1.The idea of basic importance; essential or principal

2. An idea that can be reached from various points

CENTRAL ONE: KNOWLEDGE

Learning how to live a healthy lifestyle is an ongoing process. The more knowledge we gain the more choices we give ourselves in the pathway towards our best self.

CENTRAL TWO: SELF CONTROL

Our choices are strongly linked to how we feel at any particular moment.  It should make sense that the more we acknowledge our true feelings about things and become more self-aware, the more likely we will be able to control the choices we make.  This is self control, and self control is central to the process of self-improvement.

CENTRAL THREE: NOT A HOBBY BUT A LIFESTYLE

It is not enough to be told what exercises to do and what foods to eat.   Rather to also understand why.  To look good is important, but should not be the main goal.  Physical activity and healthy eating lower stress levels, increase energy and overall functionality.  Healthy habits become a  lifestyle, not a hobby, when we realize how much they  are central to our overall quality of life.
